Shipping Policy
Thank you for collecting original artwork from Claudia Klann Fine Art. Every painting is carefully prepared for its journey to its new home.
Original Artwork
Original paintings are carefully packaged using protective materials to help ensure safe transit. While I occasionally use a professional art shipping service, most artwork is personally packaged with great care and attention.
Orders are typically shipped within 5–10 business days unless otherwise noted.
Within the continental United States, artwork ships free of charge via UPS Ground or USPS Ground, depending on the safest and most economical option. Every shipment is fully insured for the purchase price and requires an adult signature upon delivery to help ensure your artwork arrives safely.
Shipping Damage
Although damage during shipping is rare, please inspect your artwork upon arrival. If your package arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours and keep all packaging materials. We will work together to document the damage and provide the carrier with the photographs and information needed to process an insurance claim.
Alaska, Hawaii & International Shipping
Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations.
For many international shipments, the safest and most economical method is to remove the canvas from its stretcher bars and ship it rolled in a secure tube. The artwork can then be professionally restretched upon arrival.
If you are outside the continental United States, please contact me before placing your order so I can provide an accurate shipping quote and discuss the best shipping option.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Fine Art Prints & Canvas Reproductions
Fine art prints and canvas reproductions are professionally produced and shipped by one of my trusted fine art printing partners to ensure the highest quality reproduction of my original artwork.
Shipping charges and applicable sales tax are calculated at checkout for these items.
Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.
While these orders are fulfilled and shipped by my printing partner, I want you to be delighted with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing defect, or there is another issue with the quality of your artwork, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I'll work directly with my fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
