Ownership & Copyright

The purchase of any artwork—including original paintings, fine art prints, and canvas reproductions—transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain exclusively with Claudia Klann.

All artwork, images, photographs, text, logos, and other content on this website are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Personal Display

Artwork purchased from Claudia Klann Fine Art is intended for your personal enjoyment and display in your home or business. Purchasing artwork does not grant permission to reproduce, publish, distribute, or otherwise use the artwork beyond personal display.

Copyright Restrictions

Without the prior written permission of Claudia Klann, you may not:

• Copy, scan, photograph for publication or distribution, print, or otherwise reproduce the artwork in any format.

• Create prints, posters, merchandise, digital products, NFTs, or other reproductions of the artwork.

• Modify the artwork or create derivative works based on it.

• Upload, submit, scrape, or use the artwork or images from this website in connection with any artificial intelligence (AI) system, including for training, fine-tuning, prompting, image generation, style transfer, dataset creation, or any similar purpose.

• Use the artwork for commercial purposes.

• Remove copyright notices or claim the artwork or any portion of it as your own.

Requests to reproduce or publish artwork may be considered on a case-by-case basis with the artist's written permission.

Pricing & Availability

Artwork prices and availability are subject to change without notice until an order has been accepted. Every effort is made to ensure accurate descriptions and pricing. In the event of an error, Claudia Klann reserves the right to correct the information or cancel an order and issue a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

Claudia Klann Fine Art is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork.
